T-5000 is a trifunctional primary amine of approximately 5000 molecular weight. It is a colorless to yellowish liquid at room temperature. T-5000 is miscible in a wide variety of organic solvents.

Application:
T-5000 is an active chain extender for polyurethane, with a typical reaction property of primary amine. It is widely used in polyurethane RIM industry, as well as the main raw materials for spraying polyurea elastomer. T-5000 plays a toughening effect in the epoxy industry due to its unique chemical structure. It is applied together with polyamide in epoxy adhesives characterized by high intensity, and both have the effect of surface corrosion prevention in epoxy - polyurethane system.
