What we can provide

• Published third-party comparative data, for example brightness comparisons between formamidinesulfinic acid (FAS) and sodium dithionite at an equal dose
• Laboratory data: dose-brightness curves, pH-brightness curves and temperature-time matrices
• Descriptions of customer application conditions, such as furnish, dose range, brightness achieved and main process parameters, used with the customer's agreement
• Batch consistency and quality data for the product itself, that is the COA

What we cannot provide

• Customer production records without authorisation. A customer's production data belongs to that customer and cannot be disclosed without written consent
• Any guarantee of brightness gain on a specific line. Furnish, raw material and equipment vary too much for a guarantee to be responsible

What we suggest instead

Rather than relying on someone else's numbers, run a set of trials on your own stock. We can design the protocol and interpret the data, and a result specific to your conditions normally takes two to three weeks, which is far more reliable than reading across from another mill.

Bottom line

There is published comparative data and there are descriptions of customer application conditions, but unauthorised customer production records cannot be released. The reliable route is a trial on your own stock.
