Direct answer
Whether a reduction-clearing bath can be reused depends on how much reducing power is left and how much contamination has come in. Thiourea dioxide decays slowly, so in principle it lasts longer than hydrosulfite, but loose dye, salts and impurities accumulate in the standing bath and create a shade risk. Reuse therefore has to be monitored; it cannot be continued on experience alone.

1. Same-shade reuse only: dark after dark, same hue family after same hue family, to avoid shade carry-over
2. Top up from measurements: check ORP and pH first, then add thiourea dioxide and alkali for the shortfall rather than a fixed percentage
3. Set a reuse limit: define the maximum number of reuses and drain when it is reached
4. Drain a proportion each cycle: salts and impurities accumulate, so bleed off a set percentage and top up with fresh liquor
