Dicyandiamide (DCD)

Chemical intermediate used in epoxy curing systems, wet-strength resins, guanidine derivatives and selected fine-chemical applications.

Metal Recovery and Surface Treatment
Thiourea is used in selected precious-metal recovery, copper-related and electroplating processes where its complexing and chemical properties are required.
Rubber and Chemical Synthesis
Thiourea is used in selected rubber-chemical and organic synthesis routes. Process suitability and purity requirements should be confirmed for each application.
Epoxy Curing and Resins
Dicyandiamide is used as a latent curing component in epoxy systems and as an intermediate in wet-strength resins and guanidine derivatives.
