Descriptions:

     KL-I composite high efficiency desulfurization agent is majorly prepared by N-Methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), mixed with some additives such as anti-foaming agents and stabilizers. Good desulphurization effects make it become a new generation desulfurization agent to replace monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and diisopropanolamine. It has the following advantages:

     1. Exhibits high heat resistance, can be prepared and applied as high concentration (50% max.) solution in the actual production process. Acid gas loading to be raised, cycling solvent to be lowered and energy consumption to be reduced.

     2. Offers a higher performance of selective absorbability than pure MDEA, especially suitable for catalytic dry gas which has a high proportion of Carbon Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulfide, as well as for purifying of SCOT tail gas.

     3. Has the excellent anti-foam and anticorrosive ability, may decrease loss of solvent during actual production process, and reduce the corrosion rate of equipment and pipe-line.

Uses:

     Mainly used for refineries to remove acid gas such as dry gas, liquid gas, oilfield gas and etc.

Application:

     This desulfurization agent has good water-solubility, non-toxic, odorless, easy handling, safe and reliable. No need to reconstruct the original desulfurization installation, directly dilute desulfurization solution to the required concentration by deionized water for recycling utilization.

Packing:

     Galvanized iron barrel or plastic barrel, 200 kg net each.

Storage and handling:

     Keep in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid sunlight, rain and collision. Prevent breakage of the package during handling.

Shelf life:

     One year after the production date. It can also be used if the reinspection result is qualified.
