Usage:  

This product is mainly used as reduction clearing agent in dyeing and printing process to substitute traditional Sodium Hydrosulfite.

Physical properties:

Appearance: white powder

Solubility: soluble in water

Advantages:

1) exhibits better efficiency than SHS. DSR-100A has extreme low reductive potential to guarantee better washing fastness. 

2) DSR-100A has good stability itself, hard to decompose.

3) DSR-100A is colorless and odorless, it is more environmental friendly compared with SHS operation environment.

Recipe:

DSR-100A:   1-2 g/l

Soda(Caustic 50%):  2 g/l

Surfactant:   1 g/l

Temperature:  85 ℃

Time:  30 min.
